Scope & Controllers
This notice covers the new Medivia International application: its home page, treatment sections, doctor pages and health journal. Its controllers are the two companies identified below. Existing campaign applications under the same domain, other Medivia websites and linked third-party services may use different technologies; their practices are not covered by this inventory.
Browser Storage
Cookies are small browser records that may accompany web requests. Local storage keeps information in the browser without automatically sending it with every request. Neither technology is necessarily anonymous.
Purpose & Collection
These records are collected electronically through the website for the requested language preference and secure administrator session. For personal data involved in these functions, the assessed basis is the controllers’ legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. This purpose does not include optional analytics or advertising.
This is an inventory of application storage, not all hosting infrastructure. Server access and security logs are not cookies. Separate hosting or legacy-application records are outside this table. Information about healthcare and contact enquiries is provided in the institutional privacy notice.
Google Analytics
Before any future activation, this notice will be updated with the actual provider, data, recipients, transfer arrangements and cookie durations. Optional analytics will require an affirmative choice; browsing, scrolling or closing a message will not count as acceptance. Consent to cookies alone does not establish that international-transfer requirements have been met.
Your Choices
You can inspect or delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s site-data settings. Removing the language record may require you to choose your language again. Blocking or deleting the administrator cookie may require another sign-in; it does not prevent reading public pages. This notice does not create an analytics consent record.
Choosing a WhatsApp or social-media link takes you to another service, whose own terms and technical practices may apply.
Your Rights & Contact
Under applicable Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about its purposes and recipients, and seek correction or, where conditions are met, erasure or destruction and notification to recipients. You may also object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
The institutional privacy notice lists the following contact channels. Address your request to the relevant company, indicating the website and processing concerned, using a written request or a verifiable electronic method recognised by applicable law. Do not send unnecessary medical documents or identity details through general contact fields.
